The Cardiff ambassador programme is a powerful network of influential ambassadors passionate about living and working in the city who want to show off what they can do to their peers across the city. We offer the partnership and support to experts from a range of sectors to bid for national and international conferences to take place in Cardiff while using the opportunity to draw attention to exciting developments in their industry or academic field.

How can we support you?
Conference bid support
• Working together to prepare bespoke and tailored conference bid documents
• Research the viability of the conference coming to Cardiff.
• Develop a clear understanding of the association strategy and objectives.
• Work in partnership with you to lobby the conference organising committee.
Organisational support
• Offer a free delegate accommodation booking service – block book hotel rooms and manage accommodation requirements for delegates at great value rates.
• Identify the best venues and hotels.
• Coordinate a sponsored civic hospitality welcome reception during the conference.
Marketing and PR support
• Supply digital delegate information packs.
• Offering access to our vast photo library to support your marketing of the conference.
• Provide innovative and tailor made pre-conference marketing support to help maximise delegate attendance.
• Implement public relations campaigns to highlight your conference to existing and new audiences.
